A list of potential participants was compiled by the WBG country team and the field agency. Comparing responses across Country Surveys reflects changes in attitudes over time as well as changes in respondent samples, changes in methodology, and changes to the survey instrument itself. To reduce the influence of the latter factor, only those questions with similar response scales\/options were analyzed. However, the stakeholder compositions for both survey years should be considered when interpreting these comparisons as no government principals responded in FY24, and there were much larger samples from the private sector and academia and much smaller samples from civil society and local government."},"data_processing":[{"description":"","type":""}]},"data_access":{"dataset_use":{"conf_dec":[{"txt":"","required":"","form_no":"","form_uri":""}],"contact":[{"name":"Public Opinion Research Group","affiliation":"The World Bank ","email":"","uri":""}],"cit_req":"Use of the dataset must be acknowledged using a citation which would include: \n - the Identification of the Primary Investigator\n - the title of the survey (including country, acronym and year of implementation)\n - the survey reference number\n - the source and date of download\n\n Example:\n Public Opinion Research Group (World Bank Group).
