This listing exercise was not designed to measure causal impacts of the Sustainable Land Management Program implemented from 2013-2018.\nThe survey questionnaire aimed to provide a parsimonious overview of household welfare. The data collection included a random sample of approximately 170 households per kebele. The sampling frame in each kebele was constructed by using the updated list of households that was typically available in the Kebeles. In a few areas, the survey team updated an old sampling frame. For two kebeles a fresh sampling frame was generated through house to house registration visits.
