As the intervention was provided to development groups, a list of development groups for each kebele was obtained. A listing exercise was then carried out where each member household of the development group was interviewed to determine eligibility for the baseline survey, which was: agricultural households with couples (married or cohabiting) where the woman is pregnant or has a child under age 2. The survey was then conducted with 3 eligible households per 5 groups in kebele (n=15 per cluster). At endline, all households interviewed at baseline were meant to be re-interviewed.
