The survey data provide the institution with a more in-depth understanding of stakeholders' views on issues related to the World Bank's on-the-ground work (how it operates, its relationships, and its knowledge) and other development-related issues. The Department of External and Corporate Relations Business Intelligence Team oversees the program.
