Per capita annual food and non-food consumption expenditure in national currency, adjusted by regional food price indices, and cleaned. Per capital annual food and non-food consumption is first adjusted by regional food price indices. Then outliers (separately for food and non-food expenditure) greater than three standard deviations are replaced with the medians of their correspondent per capita food and non-food consumption by region and rural/urban.
