If data allows generation of EMP_IND_SVY_2, recode INDUSTRY_2 according to SHIP requirements (refer Annexure-2)

If data does not follow ISIC classification system, make appropriate assumptions to classify employment industry.

Carefully document assumptions.

Do not code household heads or EMPLHOME or FETCHWOOD or FETCHWOOD as done in INDUSTRY_1.
