Definition
a. Listrik Perusahaan Listik Negara (PLN) adalah menggunakan listrik dari PLN, ditandai dengan bukti tagihan (rekening) yang berasal dari PLN.

b. Listrik non PLN adalah menggunakan listrik yang ditandai dengan bukti tagihan selain dari tagihan PLN. Listrik Non PLN misalnya diesel/generator, listrik diusahakan oleh pemerintah darah, listrik swadaya masyarakat, termasuk menyambung/menyantol.
