Definition
a. Baik: jika secara umum lantai tidak mengalami kerusakan.

b. Rusak ringan: jika secara umum permukaan lantai mengalami sedikit kerusakan.
Lantai rabat beton atau keramik retak-retak pada luasan tertentu (sempit). Jika ubin lantai: tampak retak-retak. Untuk kayu/tanah: ada lobang di beberapa bagian.

c. Rusak sedang: jika secara umum permukaan lantai mengalami kerusakan yang cukup serius.
Lantai rabat beton atau keramik retak-retak pada luasan tertentu yang cukup banyak. Jika ubin lantai: tampak retak-retak. Untuk kayu/tanah: ada lobang di beberapa bagian.

d. Rusak berat: lantai rabat beton atau keramik pecah pada sebaran yang luas, air tanah merember melalui celah-celah (nat) pada lantai pasangan keramik.
