Definition
Rombongan belajar (rombel) adalah jumlah kelas pada level/tingkatan yang sama. Contoh: di suatu SMP Negeri ada kelas 1A, 1B, 1C berarti rombongan untuk kelas 1 ada 3 rombel.
Rombongan belajar tidak sama dengan jumlah fisik kelas. Bisa saja fisik kelas hanya ada 2 kelas, tetapi rombongan belajar ada 4. Contoh: 2 rombongan belajar (2 kelas) masuk pagi dan 2 rombongan belajar lagi masuk siang.
