IF A WIFE/PARTNER DOESN'T LIVE IN THE HOUSEHOLD, RECORD '00' IN THE SPACE CORRESPONDING TO THAT WIFE/PARTNER. THE NUMBER OF SPACES FILLED OUT SHOULD BE EQUAL TO THE NUMBER OF WIVES AND PARTNERS.
