<svar a="all" v="BR91A441"><span class="h3">Question 30 - Do you live or have you lived in the company of a spouse, common-law husband or wife, etc.?</span><br />Box 1 will be marked - Yes - for persons who now live in the company of a spouse (married civilly and religiously, only civilly, only religiously, or in common-law marriage) and for those who have lived as such in the past ([now] separated, divorced or widowed).<br />Consider as living or having lived in the company of a spouse a person who cohabits or has cohabited with a spouse.<br />Box 2 - No - will be marked only for persons who have never lived in the company of a spouse. In this case, if the person is a woman, go on to Question 35 and if a man, go on to Question 45.<br /></svar>
