The World Bank Group Country Opinion Survey Program (COS) is an ongoing effort to systematically gauge and track the perceptions and views of the World Bank Group’s clients and partners across the globe, over time. The survey data provide the institution with more in-depth understanding of the views of stakeholders on issues related to the World Bank's work on the ground (how it operates, its relationships, and its knowledge) and other development related issues.
