Definition
Code for all individuals who were administered the Education section.

If a person is currently in school and in the highest year of a level, then his/her highest level of education completed should be pushed down by one level. For example, if a person is currently enrolled in P6, then his/her level should be coded as 1(Pre-school/ Primary, not completed).

Individuals enrolled in higher/ University level are coded as 6 (University and higher) regardless of whether it is completed or not.
