FOR EACH BIRTH, ASK THE NUMBER OF MONTHS THE PREGNANCY LASTED AND RECORD 'P' IN EACH OF THE PRECEDING MONTHS ACCORDING TO THE DURATION OF PREGNANCY. (NOTE: THE NUMBER OF 'P's MUST BE ONE LESS THAN THE NUMBER OF MONTHS THE PREGNANCY LASTED.) CHECK 227 FOR EACH PREGNANCY THAT DID NOT END IN A LIVE BIRTH. CHECK 228.
