HCMNP3 indicates whether the woman reported a public sub-health post as a source for male condoms. This response category is country-specific to Nepal.

Some samples in the "HCM" series include categories that can be consolidated into a single response. IPUMS-DHS uses supplemental programming to combine these responses in a standard variable while preserving the separate responses in country-specific variables.

HCMNP3 is combined with HCMNP1 (public PHC center) and HCMNP2 (public health post) in HCMPUBHC (all public health centers and health posts) for the 2001, 2006, and 2011 Nepal samples.
