Question pretext

I am now going to ask you some questions which are a little bit similar to “pera o bayong”, but they are about losing money as opposed to winning money. There is no right or wrong answer, I am just curious to hear what you prefer.
-- Ngayon ay mayroon po akong ilang tanong na malapit nang kaunti sa “pera o bayong”, pero tungkol sa pagkawala ng pera sa halip ng pagkapanalo ng pera. Wala pong tama o maling sagot, nais ko lang pong malaman kung alin ang inyong mas gusto.

I am going to ask you to make the choice between two options, represented by these two jars. The first jar contains 4 balls. If you choose the first jar, one ball will be drawn from the jar. If a black ball is drawn you will lose 400 pesos and if a white ball is drawn you will lose nothing. This means there is an equal chance of losing 400 pesos and losing nothing (fifty-fifty). If you choose the second jar you will lose 200 pesos for sure.
--Papipiliin ko kayo mula sa dalawang options, na nirerepresenta ng dalawang garapon na ito. Ang unang garapon ay may apat na bola. Kapag pinili mo ang unang garapon, isang bola ang bubunutin mula rito. Kung ang bola ay itim, mawawalan ka ng 400 pesos at kung ang bola ay puti, hindi ka mawawalan. Ang ibig sabihin nito ay may parehong tsansa ka na mawalan ng 400 pesos at hindi mawalan (50-50). Kung pipiliin mo ang pangalawang garapon, siguradong mawawalan ka ng 200 pesos.
