been ill with the cough in the last 24 hours. Code 1 indicates that the child had been ill in the last 24 hours; code 2 indicates that the child had been ill with the cough in the last two weeks. Code 1 is country specific for surveys after DHS II. In case code 1 is used, code 2 indicates that the child had cough in last two weeks but not in the last 24 hours.
