Data collection was carried out using computer-assisted telephone interviews (CATI) in the 18 governorates of Iraq from 29 March to 1 May 2022. A total of 2233 households were interviewed – 1634 non-agricultural households and 599 agricultural households – using random digital dialing (RDD). The sample target of 136 households per governorate was achieved in six governorates (Anbar, Babylon, Baghdad, Kirkuk, Najaf and Thi-Qar). This seventh-round survey is the first round to be representative of the population at the Admin 1 level.
Data were weighted at the analytical stage to ensure that the regional population distribution was adequately represented.
