Definition

It is the place where water comes from the source before it is used for drinking. If thw water is from PAM/PDAM and is delivered to the house which the rinning water is in the house, then the main water source is considered inside the house. If the watter running is out side the house yet still in the same roof of the house, it is still considered as inside the house. If this question is yes, then skip to KR15
