supervisor completes column 1,2,3,4 before giving the questionnaire to interviewers. interviewer ask this part only to households which participated in the VLSS 1992-1993 and who are available for interview this time (section 0, part B Q 1 answer code 1 and Q. 3 answer code 1 or 3), or who have moved away but someone is available to provide information on household members (section 0 part b Q.1 answer code 1 and Q. 3 answer code 5 or 6 and Q.6 answer codes 2-5).
